What to expect at your first appointment
- Initial Consultation & Health History – The chiropractor will ask about your medical history, current pain or discomfort, lifestyle, and any past injuries to understand your condition.

Physical Examination – Expect posture analysis, range of motion tests, orthopedic or neurological exams, and potentially X-rays to assess spinal alignment and overall function.

Discussion of Findings & Treatment Plan – The chiropractor will explain their findings and discuss a customized treatment plan, including recommended adjustments, therapy, and lifestyle changes.
